Terms of Service

•Full payment is required UPFRONT, I will not start anything until it’s been fully paid for.
•Client can pay through Cashapp, PayPal, or Venmo.
•I will send my link to the requested payment platform once all details of the commission are discussed, do not send me any links.
•Client may only request a refund at the sketch point of the process (70% refund unless discussed otherwise)
•I have the right to decline any commission and if I feel I need to or cannot continue a Commission at any point, I have to not complete it. (Client will receive refund if I am unable to complete Commision while in the middle of it)
•I am allowed to post the finished piece on any socials (unless discussed otherwise.)
•Reposts are fine as long as credit is given. No credit = potential public blacklist
•Commission time varies based on the project, this can be anywhere between a day to a few weeks. (Typically no longer then a month)
•I am a student and therefore ask you to be patient regarding speed, please don’t bombard me with questions regarding updates.
•Queue can be viewed on Trello
•You may not use my art work for profit!! Personal use such as stickers, keychains etc. are fine as long as you aren’t selling them. If you want to use your commissioned work for profit, please discuss it with me so we can discuss a price for commercial rights.
•If you’re interested in commissioning me please contact me through Instagram or Telegram ONLY.
•I will request input as often as I see fit, minimum is a sketch confirmation.
•I require credit for being the creator of a design.
•My designs may NOT be used in anything that may be seen as immoral. Using my designs in things that I view as immoral will result in a PUBLIC blacklist.
•By buying any design from me you are agreeing that you will not sell it for more than you purchased it for unless you’ve added to it.
•Do not change my designs beyond recognition.
•Be direct when you message me, (especially if it’s the first time) I will not respond to you if you arnt direct about why you’re messaging me.What I will VS won’t draw
